WELCOME TO YEAR 3 OF THE MCAP INNOVATION OFFERINGS


Welcome to year 3! You are joining a robust MCAP network where you will have access to professional learning support for moving your district and school vision towards implementing the English Learner Roadmap Policy. In Stages 2+ and Stage 3, you have the opportunity for a deeper exploration of the eight high quality Innovation offerings from Fall 2022 - Spring 2023. These research-based professional learning Innovations are designed to help you reflect on your system, to address those gaps in EL opportunities, and accelerate achievement across the PK-16. In this stage, you will identify strengths and areas of growth using the Liberatory Design mindsets and modes. These MCAP Innovations are offered by CABE and the five county offices showcasing the capacity and strengths they bring to this project in building a Multilingual California.
